have drawn somebody developement of Pipe branch 2 " ( outlet ) to side of elbow sr 8" ... intersection of pipe to side of elbow sr

Only thousands of draftsmen and pipefitters for over a hundred years. Get a pipefitters hand book or a good engineering graphics text book.
