Hi,
I want to make a drawing for pipe flange. Details as follows:
Size: DN2600
Pressure: PN16 Bar (FOS included)
Material: Mild steel
Doubt: What thickness I need to give for this flange? Since this is a very big size, most of the standards have not mentioned about the thickness value.
But AWWA C207 Class E has mentioned the thickness as 5.5". Is this correct to use? Please find the attachment.
(Note: Regarding flange drilling details, I can refer to the valve drawing)
Pleas suggest with your experiences.
