Pipe Rack Design Fee

Are there any of rules of thumb for the design fee of a pipe rack? I have a fee created and just want to know if I'm in the ballpark. It's been a while since we have done one so I'm little rusty.

Do you include or exclude Geotech? Permits?

Structural design only. All other disciplines have their own contracts and the client or their representative will take care of any permits.

around $200 per hour. that's how much my company charges for senior civil engineer to clients.

Thanks for the input. I'm just trying to make sure they don't get an "oh crap" look on their face when they see the fee!
