Looking for a pipe pressure drop software package (or spread sheet) that calculates pipe & fitting losses with head/100ft & fitting velocity effects built in.

Try to make a spreadsheet for it. For water a good enough approximation for head loss in ft of water is:
h = 0.001599 x L x (100/C)^1.85 x ((GPM)^1.9046)/((d)^1.9921)
where h = ft of water
L = equivalent length of piping including equivalent length for loss through fittings
C = Hazen & Williams Friction factor which varies for type of pipe material & age. Design value is 100 for new steel pipe.
d = inches inside diameter of pipe
For design increase head loss by minimum 15% to allow for aging for closed systems. For open systems increase by minimum 26%.
I derived the equation to get a close match to Cameron Hydraulic Data tables.

Correction:
Use 40% to 75% more loss for open systems and minimum 15% more for closed systems. The 75% being for piping 30 years old. Apply the aging factors only to the actual run of piping, not to the equivalent length portion of fittings.
