Plane erase/delete depended..... 3

Hi,

How could I delete the dependency of a plane?
The plan in the picture was created using the surface of the tube.

I want to make this plan independent......
How could I do that?....

Recommended for you

One way is to edit the datum plane and turn off the "associative" option in the settings. This will convert the datum plane to a "fixed" datum plane.
 
You could toss another plane or csys in the same place, edit the sketch, reattach the sketch to the new plane or csys, then move this plane.

How could reattach the sketch to a new plane or csys? Which is the first step?
I want to reattach the sketch in the picture below. The dialog is open, but I do not see something like reattach or similar...
