Hi everyone,

I have developing a keypad for a project i am working on using tactile switch matrix,
However there is a plastic element that should be present between the switch and the button that looks like the one in the image below,

Can someone please tell how to make this element in rapid prototyping,
Thanks in advance,

Make a mold and cast it in urethane or 2-part silicone rtv?

I second btb's suggestion of cast urethane, you could also print on a polyjet but material selection is more limited and your part won't be as robust

Check out The make mold casting resins and mold making resins. You could print a part, make a mold off it, them use their flexible casting resin to make prototype parts
