Will anybody help me to select suitable plastic for very thin walled and very small components?
Minimum wall thickness is 0.3 mm.
I have options of Nylon6, Nylon 6.6 and Nylon 11/12.
Application of components is to hold very small metal pins during measurement. It may come across some oils otherwise will be used in controlled environment.

Look for the polymers used for electrical connectors as those have very thin walls. Nylons are used and have good oil resistance.

If you need even better performance then you might look at syndiotactic polystyrene (from Idemitsu) or Vectra liquid crystalline polymer (from Celanese).

I would pick the Nylon 12 as I think it would absorb the least amount of moisture and would be more dimensionally stable. We made a lot of small connectors out of Pocan PBT.

Thank you Rick,
Someone also suggested me to add some percentage of glass filled nylon in it.

Nylon 6 flows better than nylon 6,6. Glass fiber will only make it more difficult to fill thin walls.

Liquid Crystal Polymers are the king for thin wall molding.
