Plastic Modulus 4

What would you say is a generally accepted value for the plastic modulus of structural steel (A36 or A992)? The elastic is 29,000 ksi......but I am having a difficult time finding an agreed upon value for Ep .

@WARose Yeah you are right, but I'm not sure which one to use. The diagrams on the top say "plastic plateau". Also the 4 diagrams come both from the steel plate eurocode.

@daranquiz thanks for the info. I would have thought that the one with the shorter angle would be for a different material (kind of reminds me of copper). But if it's all for steel, I'll have to re-think that.
