Plastic Wood Composite Sections

Does anyone out there know of any Plastic Wood Manufacturer who can produce a composite plastic wood section with a tubular steel insert? As you know plastic wood is very flexible with a low E value. The addition of a steel tube in the center of the cross-section would improve properties enormously.
