Plate Contact Femap not working

Dear all,

I was wondering if anybody could shed some light as to what is happening here. I have setup contact on these plates and tried displacing the top away from the other plates but it seems to be attached to the other plate for some reason. I have checked the direction of my regions and there is no problem with that, is there any other reason why it is still sticking to the plate?

I am not Femap user but I am literate with NX Nastran.
Possible to share your input file (.dat)?

By the look of your image attached， are you using contact element? Contact element serves as spring element in Solution 101.
