corrosion & leake &... is our daily problem.
i think to change our H-Ex to plate type.
-is it maybe?
-can i have some information about plate type H-EX & their

What is sure service?

What makes you think corrosion and leakage are associated with a S-T Hx, and not with a plate type exchanger?

You need to identify the factors for corrosion and leakage. If it becomes clear that they are because of the S-T design and that a plate type exchanger will resolve the issue, then you need to get in touch with a process equipment engineer.

The relevant formulas and procedures may not be of much use to you in the present case at least at this stage. So would be any software.

I doubt if this thread belongs in the Code Issues Forum.

I think this thread belongs in the Heat Transfer forum, and that a lot of discussion has already been had there that the poster can benefit from by doing an advanced site search.
