Hello all;
In our new building project a plate type heat exchanger (sat.steam and water media)is installed for Cargo Tank Washing system.Due to space limitation, "Cross flow" is difficult to achive so YARD propose "Parallel flow".Does anybody tell me how much efficiency will be lost following their recommendation? Any idea is much appreciated.
