Hi All;
anyone can tell me about a PLC simulator have analog operations & PID loops.
please inform me with the name of the simulator & the website from which i can download it

Omron CX-Simulator and you would have to buy it like the rest of us.

You only get what you pay for.

 
Consider the MFD (multi-function display) from Moeller. It’s a PLC controller (incl. PID) and HMI graphic display display with programmable keys.

It’s modular, display can be mounted to the front of the panel using 2x22.5mm holes. It can be expanded.

If you have a keyence plc around it will even allow you to load your program and verify it's functionality.
 
Have you tried WizPLC from Axeda?
This is a PC PLC. I do not know anything about its functionalities - but is should emulate a PLC in the PC environment.

It is part of Axeda SCADA software - WizCon. There is a two hours limit I beleive before it stops working.
