please recommend me manufactures for waste heat recovery thermal oil heater

Hi, I am working on a certain project to utilize waste heat from a factory to heat a thermal oil.
The temperature range of the flue gas is around 300C degrees and the gas is generated by buring Bunker C oil thus containing a lot of soots.

Does anyone know any vendors who supply waste heat recovery thermal oil heat exchanger who has lots of references?
I heard that there are such vendors in Italy and in Japan but does not know their exact company name.
It would be best if the thermal oil heat exchangers were utilized for ORC.
