Hi FRED70,

The first thing that I would check is the offsets from 0,0 origin in the plotting dialog box. It is usually in the media orientation settings. you may need to adjust your X, Y, or X & Y settings to "slide" your drawing back onto the paper.

Hope this helps,
Paul

dear PLB
thanks for your answer,i check origin offset but problem is somwhere else.i don't know if something might be wrong with plotter configuration? does anybody have any tips?

thank you again

You may want to go to the plotter manager in ACAD for this printer and Modify the paper sizes to not create any margins for the different paper sizes. Also check that your metric and english settings are in sync. Just a couple of things to check for.

You may want to download the latest window Drivers, again. And make sure you have the right ones. NT versus Win2000 is a big deal.

We recently upgraded here and it caused a problem here until we re-installed the new drivers.

Hope that helps.
Rich
