Plotting & Displaying white objects

Hey guys.

I have an mtext box that is above a solid fill. I want the mtext to appear white over the fill. I can't seem to get it the way I want. Changing the background color to black makes the text appear white but it plots black.

It seems so basic.

Help ASAP!

If you change your text to Color 255, it usually prints white.
