PLOTTING DISCREPANCIES

We have a drawing that has several layout tabs. When plotting (to a laser printer) some of the layouts print the engineer wants them to look and some drawing print with heavy text and lines. All the layouts were created by copying the first layout and every layout is using the same pen assignments. Any ideas??
