Plotting - NX3

Is anyone having trouble plotting from NX3? Specifically, you send a plot to the plotter but it never plots. We are forced to plot using a grip program but IT is telling us the problem is with the plot utility in NX. Any insight would be helpfull....Thanks

Apparently, GTAC has been contacted and according to them the problem is not with the NX plot utility. IT is insisting it is not with their programming. The end users are stuck in the middle. That is why I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem. If we are the only ones experiencing this I would imagine it is either our environment or the grip program.
