Plugging up a tank after cleaning..

Hi..
I'm mainly a structural engineer. Stress and design etc. But I'm designing a tank. After the tank is manufactured we have cleaning ports to allow flushing... I'm looking for some standard off the shelf solutions so that I can specify a port, hook up a flushing line to it. Clean and then plug it up... I know I don't have to reinvent the wheel here what type of fittings should I go for. Diameter is say 15mm. Max pressure it needs to see after plugging is say 10bar Meop, 20 bar burst...

Well 10 bar and 20 bar isn't a tank but a Pressure vessel.

However at 15mm there are a wide variety of snap hose couplings like you see for hydraulics and high pressure water sprayers etc.

But what's wrong with a valve?

The need is Space application.
So it cleans once. then fuel. then never used again. So I'm thinking couple to cleaning line. Then plug it up with something compatible with that port and seals to 20 bar for ever more..
