Plz help on TRUMPF 2030 Fiber!

Hi gents,

We have a continuous problem with TRUMPF 2030 fiber. Last week we had an issue with the accuracy of cutting, and we found that lens and nozzle are broken. We replaced them, but after 3 days only, we got the same problem again. Attached pictures are related with previous issues before the change, but after making the change by 3 days, problem got back again and accuracy bad on cutting, we checked the lens, and found it with spots again. From engineering judgement, there is some missing lines somewhere.

Can you please advice if this problem is common with TruLaser 2030 fiber technology? Advice's on that will be appreciated?

Can you please advise how can we get attached parts from you directly?

One more thing to ask, can (compress air came contamination of filters is dirty, or cutting gas filter is dirty) be the reason of this spots?

Is this the focus lens or the protective window? How often do you clean it? What size nozzle are you using?
