when welding of piping system pad's or pad of reinforced nozzle storage tank has finished ,
we use pneumatic test for pad.
which code & standard must be use to do it?
which code explain a procedure?

If you're already doing 'the test', how can you not know what standard you're trying to meet? SOMEONE there has to know.

I'm sorry, that came out more rude than I intended it. ... but the point was that the information you seek must be nearby.

We probably are not nearby, but that's hard to establish, since you haven't told us where you are on the globe, and that certainly makes a difference in which codes apply.
