Pocket PC software on a Tablet PC?

Howdy all,
I am looking into integrating certain software that is currently developed for a pocket PC, and using it on a Tablet PC. Now I know that there has to be software that I would be able to load on the Tablet PC that would act as a Platform to sustain and run the Pocket PC application. Does anyone know of how this can be done? Or whether there is an application to do this?
