POINT EXTRACTION HELP

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help extracting 3d points and exporting to excel. I want to be able to select the geoset and axis to use to get my x,y,z coords. can anyone help? I have done a bit of searching on the web and can't seem to find anything that works for me. I haven't learned the macro/script writing thing yet.

I am using CATIA V5-R6 2015 SP6 BUILD 25

check the FAQ and maybe you can start with the code in it.

then you will have to modify it to be able to select the geom set and the axis.

then change coordinate of point to selected axis

then change output to excel

post your progress i will help. you might need to learn a minimum of VBA / scripting first.
