i am making a program for controlling an AC servo drive via high speed pulse output but i need a way so that when the machine emergency switch is triggered the servo stop immediately and after the machine starting again the servo will complete the Angle required.

in other way what is the best programming method so that i can always know how much pulses still i need to provide from the PLC after the emergency case happened

I see this is your first post. What are you using the motor for? And what software platform are you using?

Not going to happen. If you hit e-stop it's usually a dirty stop with no real idea of the precise location of the program. The exact location is known usually but not where in the trajectory planning and G-code it happened.

That's what the "STOP MOTION" button is for. That provides for an orderly motion suspend that can be restarted.

And your E-Stop with the servo output but leave the inputs active.
That is just stop the servo, and any other drives, not the program or the PLC.
Leave the position encoder active so that the program knows where the servo is positioned when it stops.
