Positioning Text on cursor help

Hi,
I've written some small scripts to insert text on drawings that I need to bring up to the same standard.
They work fine on the part drawings but as they drop the text near the drawing axis it can be miles away in the assembly drawings.
Could anyone tell me how I put the text on the cursor point ?
I have looked through the posts but can't find anything.

Thanks for the reply.
I managed to find a bit of code that has done the job.
It was mainly to paste in Chinese translation of words like 'view' 'hole' etc
I really need to learn more on this subject.
