Does ETAP have the option of giving you a Positive , Negative and Zero sequence representation of your network? Or is there a software that does that?

ETAP is capable of calculating automatically cable positive, negative and zero sequences impedance. For transformers, Etap can determine the zero sequence based on test data and given connection. Base on motor type, size and connections ETAP has a library that can help with the sequence impedance.
Utility sequence impedance is a hard input data as

Hi marvinc24,

If you run a short-circuit calculation (at least under IEC), Pos-Neg & Zero sequence impedances are shown in the 'output report' for each bus faulted
