Post Processor help please.

I am attempting to create a Post here at work and I am having one issue that is holding up the completion. The machine reads the program and is 95% accurate, but the corners or any radius cut has an issue. If I program a square pocket with .250" radius the cutter should run the radius tangent to the linear lines. Instead the radius centers are being placed at the interstion of the corner.
Any help is greatly apperciated.
