I'm working on a post-tensioned slab-beam-column moment resisting frame, i have bellow questions:

1. Do i need to put zero for weight modifiers of slabs according to the dead load i put on slabs?
2. Do i need to expand/shrink the slab edges? (I'm using the template "beam-slab building" model of sap)
3. How does sap calculate the balanced load of beams and slabs? How could i manually adjust the dead load balancing percentage in Sap2000? Could Sap2000 do it automatically?
4. How to make slab and beams connections? Is it sufficient to set insertion point of beams to top center? (no need to change slab or frames offsets?)
5. Could I use torsional stiffness modifier in this case?
6. When I use top center insertion point for beams, beam will move down, how will this affects the adjacent columns connected with tendons of this beams? (Two adjacent columns are pulling together by tendons)
7. Does insertion point affects tendons? (eccentricity), (Tendon profiles are drawn from mid-section of beams)
8. How does perpendicular tendons connect to perimeter beams at anchorages?
