Powder Injection Moulding - literature

Dear all,

Does anyone know where I can find reliable literature about the powder injection moulding (PIM) process applied to ceramics?

I need to know the phenomena involved as well as the dependance of the process variables (flow, temperature, viscosity of the binding materials, etc...)

Some links would also be appreciated.
