Ha can someone help me with some power settings to cut brass on a Mazak 1500 watt 4x8 champ.

Sorry the material thickness is .012 1/2 hard 260 brass.

I checked my manuals and there is nothingl isted for brass. You can try standard cut conditons and reduce power etc. I personally don't have a lot of experience cutting brass so can't offer you much help. I'd go with trial and error.

If you can't get it try calling Mazak Optonics at 1 -847-252-4600.

The Applications staff should be able to direct you.

They have great support in Mazak, I think they help you with the settings very quick, so contacting them directly is best way probably.
