Which tool you suggest?
The best is Etap, Neplan or another one?

You need to consider

1- What type of analysis you want to do? Just basic analysis like Power Flow, Short Circuit or more analysis like Harmonics, Motor Starting, Arc Flash,...

2- What type of networks are you working on?
Distribution, Transmission, Industrial?

3- being user-friendly in professional software is important.

have a look at this:
it brings all transmission, industrial and distribution networks analysis on the same platform and according to your needs you will add different analysis module in the future.

If I want to say its like BMW and of course it costs money.
