In past literature it keeps on mentioning about exterior and interior precast beam-column connections. Can anyone please explain the difference of these two. Also can anyone attach most commonly used precast column-beam connection detailed drawings if possible. Thank you

On a given frame line, I imagine that the exterior joints are the two at the ends of the framing line and the interior joints are the rest. What a common detail looks like depends on your marketplace and you application. The PCI design manual is a good place to start.

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.
