You should hire an Engineer who does this to advise you or to do the design.

As an engineer, I just know that such precision units for computer rooms are offered by some manufacturers who conduct air and heat transfer studies for computer rooms and prescribe you exact position where to place interior unit and how to make disposition of computer equipment to warrant uniform and reliable cooling energy distribution.

The sole fact that some components are offered by salesmen "from the shelf" instead of being recommended or urged by manufacturer technical support - is quite fishy for me.

As HVAC engineers we have broad range of knowledge, but such precision units require specialized expertise which must be offered by supplier, otherwise they wouldn't be needed at all and computer room can be cooled by ordinary comfort cooling - which is also allowed by some computer room setups, but has to be confirmed by computer equipment supplier.

This is simply not an issue of room cooling, but delivering proper amount of air at proper speed and temperature near local spots that require most of cooling - to avoid heavy overcooling of the whole room by general-purpose cooling.

So, you either send direct questions to manufacturer's technical support - or change supplier.

thanks,

tomorrow this a tech. meeting with suppler ,I will high this points
