I am actively looking for pre-fire/ pre-incident software for my volunteer FD. Pre-fire planning is visiting the business to develop details on the building and operation. The information is stored in a system that can be viewed by responding equipment and command on site. Details such as location of Knox Box, FDC, gas and electric shut off’s, roof equipment load, construction, hazardous areas, flammable liquids, etc etc. I am currently using PowerPoint to develop and create a final PDF that is viewed as described above. The problem is it is taking me about 20 hours to develop a plan, need to cut back since I am volunteering my time.

I have looked at First Due, Blazemark, FlowMSP and Tyler Technologies. Do you have any experience with these software or recommend one you are currently using?

Thanks

Tom
