Pressure difference between two classified rooms

In pharmaceutical project, we have differential pressure between classified room and non-classified room for protecting cross-contamination, and i remenber the pressure difference should be higher than 0.05 In.wg for sterile product manufacturing.
But, i could'nt find any regulation of minimum pressure difference for tablet manufacturing.
Can i apply less than 0.05 In.wg(for example 0.03 In.wg)for tablet manufacturing ?
If any idea, please let me know.

I dont think anything is written on stone, but what they mainly look for is that you have differential pressure, and that air flows into the room when opened rather than out of the room. If you can show that by keeping the door opened the differential pressure is still + ( air going into the room) then everything should be good.

When you are dealing with adjacent areas of different classification, the industrial practice is to have a difference of 15 Pa (0.06 in). 5-10 Pa (0.02-0.04) Pa is ok with areas of same classification.

Maintaining differential pressure while the door is open is a herculian task and practically unadvisable.
