Pressure Distribution Equation Help

I think this is more of a FEA question but related to Aerospace...hope its OK posting here.

As of now, the problem is hypothetical but I believe this format of FEA input is common in many places.

Lets say I have a cone shell as shown in the figure below. A custom cylindrical coord system with Z-axis aligning along the length of the cone as shown below. The dimensions as of now of the cone have been normalized.

Referring to the left figure, if I have a pressure distribution which varies along the length in discreet amounts, how would I go about generating an equation which can be used in a function like spatial fields/table in MSC Patran or similar software. Lets say that pressure values remains constant for each segment of cone (boundaries of which represented by red lines & the corresponding pressure values given in purple below)...

Further, does fields in Patran or similar software support two variables? If my pressure distribution is not constant along the theta direction as well as Z direction...how do I go about creating an equation?

Hoping to get some pointers...

You can't make the value constant in a segment with one equation when you use the coordinate directions as variables. This would only be possible in a script- or programming language, where you could add an if-condition.
