Hello everyone!
I am currently using a pressue plate extractor on a clayey soil to determine its soil water charateristic curves. I am the first to use this chamber in my laboratory and I am coming across some difficulty.
I am getting excessive air bubbles flowing in the outflow tube. I know this is normal but it is taking an excess amount of time to equilibriate. I was wondering if anyone has used this equipment and if there is any initial preparations to the chamber that I should have done?
Thanks
