Pressure / Temperature Chart for ASTM A694 forge material?

What pressure / temperature chart do you use for flange material ASTM A694? ASTM A694 references ASME B16.5; however, ASME B16.5 does not have a material group for ASTM A694 which is used for high yield (pressure) transmission service. For example: for ASTM A105 flange material service I use ASME B16.5 material group 1.1 and pressure / temperature rating table 2-1.1. Does anyone have any idea for the correct pressure / temperature chart for ASTM A694?
