pressure vessel design

Could anyone help me?
I wish to design a horizontal pressure supported on saddles. The vessel must have inlet & outlet nozzles with a manyway, capable of storing 12 cubic metres of petrol, with a vapour pressure of approx 0.8 bar. How do i proceed to pick my way through PD 5500, which parts are relevant to my problems and how do i calculate the fundamental variables required for the formula used in the design.
