pressure vessel for jockey pump and fire fighting system

hi

i have a question about a 100 liter pressure vessel for a fire fighting system. the system pressure is at 87 psi / 6 bar.
how much pressure should be in the pressure vessel.

and also a 300 liter pressure vessel. fire fighting system has 145 psi / 10 bar.
how much should the vessel have.

As stated, there isn't enough information to determine an answer. Are these tanks on suction side of pumps or discharge? Are these tanks supposed to provide float to keep pumps from cycling too rapidly? Are these day tanks on pump inlet side?

I've never hear that we need pressure vessels for fire fighting system. why would you put that there? to reduce the start-up time of the jockey pump? if this is the case you are using it with the same principle of booster sets so it should be about "1,2 x pump start-up pressure" so that it would use the water inside before the jockey pump is starting up. but under normal conditions, jockey pump shouldn't start-up on an idle system. Either I understood the question wrong or I miss something.
