I am having trouble finding the specification number or the actual data for the following question:

If you are using a pressurized liquid delivery vessel for moving IPA (alcohol), at what pressure must you change from compressed air to inert gas such as nitrogen?

Is this answered in 24 CFR 400? 26 CFR 1019?

As a clarification, we normally have flow rates from .1 to 20 ml/min. This can be done with as little as 5 psi quite often in our systems.

So I need to research which specification defines when I have to use an inert gas.

Any thoughts?
