Hello

I would like to know how much gas will be released in the condition below.
There is a tank of 3 m3 which has a pipe end of 10 mm inside diameter.
In the tank, air is stored at 140 bar.g
I want to know how much air will be released at first when the pipe is cut. In other words, how much air per hour will be released when air is released through 10 mm inside diameter in the 3 m3 tank.
I want to know the answer like this: 1000 m3/hr

Thank you.

I have not your answer as for a rate, just a note to say that the rate is not constant. As soon as you start venting, the pressure in the tank decreases and so does the rate of venting.

Review Crane technical paper there is a worked example. Other than that ask your college tutor
