Price or Cost estimating software/Manual for different Installations

I was wondering if there's any software or manual that some of you might be using to calculate cost/price of different installations/construction items.

For example cost per ft for a 4/0 grid conductor or cost per ft of a 5/8" 10 ft ground rod etc. etc.

I will appreciate it if any one of you can guide me to such tool or manual.
