Prices of FE Software?

I am looking at getting hold of a number of software packages for the company I am dealing with, they are primarily interested in ABAQUS - EXPLICIT, ITASCA FLAK & PFC 3d and LS-DYNA - Full Dyanmics on an annual basis? If anyone can give me any ideas of ball park figures it would be much appreciated, just to save me having Sales guys knocking on my door within minutes of me ringing them... thats all.

Their figures are most accurate since some of them

I have dealt with LS-DYNA before. In the past they had an annual lease of about 12K$ USD, though, getting an official quotation is your best bet on getting appropriate details.
