Primavera Expedition Report Customizing Issue

I have just been promoted to Project Coordinator for a construction company and am a brand new user. I have learned to change the design of forms and reports by copying standard templates and modifying them using my access knowledge.

One of the problems I have is with the “f_tr_cp1” form “Transmittal - FIXED. Prints original transmittal form AND a copy of the transmittal for all contacts on distribution tab.” When I make any changes to the form it will not print the distribution printouts. It will only print the first page.

Also the fields of codes for the distribution tab feature is hidden. I’d like to use it on another form but can not determine how it was created.

I have no knowledge of how Expedition’s table system works and therefore can not at this time create my own fields in the reports and forms.

As normal the book doesn’t cover in-depth things. If you know of a web-site that has more information on creating reports and forms, and other tricks I’d appreciate the referral.

Primavera programatically sends the COPIES to the printer. Anytime a form named f_tr_cp1 is loaded Expedition Pro will also run form f_tr_cp2 for each person in the distribution. Again this is all done behind the scenes. If you have a modified report and want f_tr_cp2 to also be created then you need to name your modified report f_tr_cp1 and rename the original to something else.

Expedition also does this in the Pay Req module when printint f_rq_01 it also sends f_rq_02 to the printer too.
