I'm using Inventor 11-SP2 and just upgraded to Adobe Professional 8.

Since the upgrade, when I print from Adobe my rendered views come out with a candy striping across it. If I print the same document from a station with Adobe 7, it looks like it should. Note that this is only at printing. The preview, as well as, soft copy of the file look like they should. It isn't feed lines from the printer, as it is a laserjet HP5-DTN. I have checked and found no new drivers for the printer as well.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This is also a problem with the latest version of adobe reader. I had to go back to my previous version to resolve it. Have you tried "Cutepdf" or the like. This is what I now use to output from Inventor 11 and it works fine, it is also free. It also processes the file quicker than Adobe.

We use Adobe to combine multiple .pdf's to create our design file for each product and allow everyone access to the package through one file.

I don't think CutePDF has that capability.

I use either CutePDF or Jaws PDF Creator to create my PDF files from Inventor. I then use Adobe Acrobat to combine multiple PDFs. Adobe is still my PDF editor, I just use a different program to grab the information from Inventor.
