Pro-E Wildfire Animation

Does anyone know where I can get a basic tutorial on how to use animation in Pro-E Wildfire? I am trying to create a cylinder and 2 valves moving. The 2 valves will turn then the cylinder will go up, but I am not 100% sure on how to do this.

I have done both, and the only thing they have remotley close to the animation feature is Mechanism. Which isn't what I was looking for.
