Problem dealing with imported files ... 1

I have imported a parasolid volume in to ansys that ansys only shows as wireframe. Is it possible to make its areas visible? I can see the area and volume nubmers with aplo and vplo. but it only displays as wireframe.

I think you need to change the solid view options in the /facet command, as parasolid import can change this sometimes. Go to:

Utility Menu>PlotCtrls>Style>Solid Model Facets

and change to either "fine" or "normal".
