Problem exporting STEP in I_Deas 10 - platform: WXP home edition

It's an Orbix problem - it requires WXP Pro, but I run my I-Deas on Home edition and it's too late to change the system.
I've already reinstalled OrbixE2A from command prompt, but it doesn't work. I tried previous remedies posted on this forum. Doesn't work.

Is there a way to make I-Deas 10 work properly on XP home edition, expecially to make it export STEP, IGES?

That's like trying to get your car to run on diesel when it only takes unleaded....probably not gonna happen. Why go against the software O/S requirements?
