problem hydraulic rams

Hi everyone. I have hydraulic powered walking floor. This floor is connected with 2 double acting hydraulic rams and runs from hydraulic pack.
The issue I have is the rams are not pulling fully back and they move fully out and 50cm back.

Could it be compacted wood so the rams cannot pull the floor back or the pressure bypass valve damaged. Any ideas

You still have not told what the problem is.

"50cm back"? how much is a full stroke out?

What is the length of the cylinder tube? That can give us a lead about how long a full stroke out can be.

Did this problem issue happen while the walking floor was in your possession?

Are the rams supposed to pull fully back? Sometimes piston rods are a bit longer than the cylinder and that can give the impression ram is not pulled back fully.

Are there any electric controls or sensors involved for automatic cycling?

Who is the manufacturer of the walking floor?

Model and model number?

Can you post a video showing how your walking floor is "cycling" and from that video explain what is wrong?
